Savor Puglia is a week in the heel of Italy's boot, shared with a small group at Masseria Borgopietra, a restored stone masseria with a pool in the countryside outside Ostuni.
Each day centers on one food experience, from a hands-on cooking class to a long table under the pergola. The rest of the day is yours: by the pool, wandering the white streets of Ostuni, or lingering over dinner with new friends.
You don't plan a thing. Fran and Nata take care of every detail before and during the trip, so all you have to do is show up and say yes.

Savor Puglia isn't a cooking school. You don't need to know your way around a kitchen, just love good food. Beginners and hesitant cooks are more than welcome.

Questions
Do I need to know how to cook?
Not at all. This isn't a cooking school. Every experience is made for food lovers of all levels, and beginners and hesitant cooks are more than welcome.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Private rooms are made for solo travelers, and with no more than eight guests, the group feels like friends by the first evening.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Yes. Choose the shared room when you book and the two of you will share a room and its bathroom, at a lower price per person.
How do I get there?
Fly into Brindisi or Bari, the two closest airports. Flights aren't included, and once you register we'll share the best arrival times.
How does payment work?
A $1,000 deposit reserves your spot. The balance is split into two payments on March 1 and July 1, 2027, charged automatically to your card.
What if I need to cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend travel insurance with Cancel For Any Reason coverage, and we're happy to help you set it up.
I have dietary needs or allergies.
Tell us when you book. We share every guest's needs with each chef and host before the trip.
Is the house easy to get around?
The masseria has stairs and uneven stone floors. Let us know about any mobility needs and we'll assign rooms with that in mind.
How are rooms assigned?
Your hosts assign rooms so that everyone is comfortable. If you have a preference, just tell us when you book.
