I never dreamt about being a health coach. It’s true. I grew up with a passion to become a teacher. When I was younger, I had this picture of a little boy next to me, sounding out and reading his first words because of my guidance. Clearly, I didn’t go into teaching for the money, but as my kids started to get older, I realized I never wanted to deny them something that would make their lives better. I knew that I wanted to do something in addition to teaching, so my kids, and Dan and I, could do and have what would make us happy.

This business is so much more than getting fit and drinking a shake. Coaching has saved me so many times in my life, most recently, while I helped my mom before she passed away this past year. Because of this business and the women I choose to surround myself with… I found my footing, I found what my best self looks like. I gave myself permission to dream, to believe, to travel, learn, grow... lessons I get to teach my kids, my daughter, especially who watches me - And the best part is that I get to share this blessing with anyone that is open to doing it for herself as well.
